Registrants have the choice of workshop topics for two afternoon sessions: Session One: 12:45-2:30 Session Two: 2:45-4:30 C3WP : Leading Students toward Active Listening and Civic Engagement through Argument Writing A Fresh Approach to the traditional Research Paper: Multi-Genre Research Writing Coaching & Conferring with Writers A More Humane Assessment Snacks included in registration fee. Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm In addition to the keynote address, registrants will also participate in a second, smaller group session with Allison Marchetti during one of four breakout sessions. Additional breakout sessions will be available on a number of topics relevant to the teaching of English Language Arts and leadership in the field. Lunch is included in registration fee.
